Intensive employee training Q.D. Polymate is a large company with 700 employees. Each employee undergoes at least three months of intensive training before starting work. Our managers take the time to one-on-one train each staff member on how to operate the machinery. We feel this is necessary to uphold the quality standards we require.
Custom samples take 2 weeks
Our R&D staff has six years of experience and can create tarps and PE gardening equipment according to your requests. They can communicate with you in English and can finish samples in just two weeks. A new product is created each month. Some of our materials are imported from South Korea from suppliers that we've worked with for over five years.
